Our Story

Trade Street Media is a Charlotte-based production company with a footprint that reaches across the country. We have spent years building a team of experienced production professionals who care about the work as much as the clients we serve. Our projects have taken us from corporate headquarters to university lecture halls to outdoor locations in cities around the world we had never visited before. What stays consistent is the standard.

We started this company because we saw an opportunity to serve organizations that deserved a production partner who would take the time to truly understand their mission. Non-profits with incredible stories to tell needed a team that could match the quality of their work with the quality of the content representing it. That gap is what drives us.

How We Work

Every project begins with a conversation, not a camera. We want to understand your organization, your audience, your objectives, and your constraints before we plan a single shot. From there, we develop a production plan that covers pre-production, filming, and post-production. We communicate clearly at every stage so there are no surprises. And we deliver work that is ready to deploy the moment you receive it.

Who We Serve

Camera filming a speaker at a conference or lecture in a classroom or conference room with an audience.

Our clients include non-profit organizations, faith-based institutions, academic programs, and mid-to-large businesses that understand the value of professional visual content. We work with marketing directors, communications teams, executive directors, and founders. If your organization is ready to invest in content that reflects who you really are, we would love to be part of that conversation.

Our Values

Servant Mindset

Your project isn't about us. We show up to serve your team, your mission, and your audience. From the first call to the final deliverable, we're here to make you look your best and take the weight off your shoulders.

Your Best Interest, Always

Every creative decision we make is filtered through one question: does this serve the client? We're not chasing trends or padding our reel. We're building content that works for your organization and earns results.

Honest and Upfront

No surprises, no hidden costs, no overpromising. We tell you what to expect, what it takes, and what we recommend, even when it's not the most expensive option. Your trust matters more than any single project.

Three men are posing for a selfie in a library. The man in the front is wearing glasses and a grey plaid blazer, smiling at the camera. The two men behind him are seated at a table, both wearing dark suits with light shirts, smiling. The library has bookshelves, tables, chairs, and a large TV on the wall.

Authentic to You

Your audience can spot fake from a mile away. We create content that's true to who you are, not a polished version of someone else. When people watch your video, they should feel like they already know and trust you before they ever pick up the phone.
