Day 4 behind the cameras and it was a powerful one. Yesterday we filmed with Chad Bird, diving deep into the Old Testament and exploring how it foreshadows the coming of Jesus. Really rich, thoughtful content. I have personally wanted to spend more time understanding the Old Testament, so being able to capture this while learning along the way has honestly filled my cup this week. Day 2 was fantastic. Dr. Eric Jones kicked off the morning finishing the remaining lectures for his Philosophy of Psychology course. Always thoughtful and engaging material. Day 1 in Lakeland was strong. We’re filming all week with Discovery Institute at Southeastern University, and having full studio resources on hand elevates everything. Clean lighting, dialed audio, focused environment. Captured powerful content from Dr. Mike Keas on Philosophy of Science and Dr. Eric Jones on Philosophy of Psychology. One of the best parts of this work is learning while producing. Wrapped with course intros from Dr. Steve Dilley and then jumped into remote support for Dr. Turek’s livestream back in Charlotte. Day 3 and 4 of FEED wrapped up with powerful presentations, meaningful testimonials, and an incredible closing dinner at High Cotton in Charleston. I’m walking away from this week with a much deeper understanding of the foodservice industry. The more I learn about this space, the better I can tell its stories with clarity and purpose. Grateful for the familiar faces, the new connections, and the conversations that make events like this worth it. FEED 2026 was a success in every way, and Charleston never disappoints. Looking forward to what’s next.
