We recently wrapped another live stream session for The Bible You Never Knew, a series featuring Dr. Frank Turek diving deep into Old Testament passages that often get overlooked. This episode covered the story of Hosea and Gomer, a passage that carries a lot of weight when you unpack the layers behind it.

The Production Approach

Live streaming this kind of content requires a different approach than a standard recorded shoot. There is no second take. Audio has to be dialed in from the start, camera switches need to feel intentional, and the pacing of the stream has to match the energy of the speaker. With someone like Dr. Turek, who moves between teaching, storytelling, and audience interaction, staying locked in as a producer is essential.

On the Road

This series continues to take us on the road as well. Next stops include Colorado Mesa University and Utah Valley University, where Dr. Turek will be speaking and taking live questions from students. Each venue brings its own set of production variables, from room acoustics to lighting setups, and part of the job is adapting quickly to deliver a consistent look and feel no matter where we are.
