52 Videos in 2 Days: Law Firm Video Production for Parker Law Group in Hampton, SC
Trade Street Media recently spent two days filming 52 videos for Parker Law Group in Hampton, South Carolina, in collaboration with Brian White of MediaZeus. Working alongside Brian, we filmed on location at the firm's office and inside the historic Hampton County Courthouse, capturing a full library of attorney videos designed to power the firm's marketing across their website, social media, and client-facing channels. It was an ambitious shoot, a genuinely fun one, and a great example of what thorough planning and a trusting client can accomplish together.
The Goal: 52 Videos in Two Days
Producing 52 finished video topics in two days is not something you improvise. We hit that goal through heavy pre-production, coordinated logistics, and a willing, cooperative client. Long before the cameras rolled, we concentrated on locking down every video topic and building a schedule that allocated enough time for each one, so the shoot days ran on rhythm instead of guesswork. That level of planning is the difference between a rushed day that yields a handful of usable clips and a smooth production that delivers dozens of polished videos. For law firms considering a high-volume video project, the lesson is simple: the results are made in pre-production.
Filming at the Parker Law Group Office
The first portion of the shoot took place at the Parker Law Group office. We set up clean, professional interview environments on site and worked through the topic list methodically. We also captured b-roll at the firm's evidence storage facility, adding authentic, firm-specific visuals that make the finished videos feel grounded in the real work Parker Law Group does rather than relying on generic stock footage.
A First: Filming Inside the Hampton County Courthouse
The highlight of the project was being granted access to the main courtroom inside the Hampton County Courthouse, a historic 1878 building right down the street from the firm's office. Setting up and designing a look inside a working courtroom was a first for our team, and it was a fantastic creative challenge. We built dynamic lighting for the space, including a gobo that added texture and transformed the background, turning a static courtroom into a cinematic backdrop that instantly communicates authority and credibility. For a law firm, few settings carry as much visual weight as a real courtroom, and being able to film there gave these videos a look that stands apart.
The Audio Approach: Boom Over Lav
For all of the interviews, we made a deliberate choice to use a boom microphone rather than individually lavalier-micing each speaker. With 52 videos and multiple speakers to move through, a boom let us transition quickly from one person to the next without stopping to re-mic anyone, while still delivering clean, professional audio quality. Over a two-day, high-volume shoot, that decision saved an enormous amount of time without any compromise in sound. It is exactly the kind of practical production judgment that keeps an aggressive schedule on track.
A Great Client Partnership
Meeting the goal of 52 videos in two days came down to planning, logistics, and a client who trusted the process. The team at Parker Law Group was kind, generous, and genuinely easy to work with, and they placed complete trust in Brian and me from start to finish. That trust is what allows a production team to work efficiently and creatively, and it is why the two days were as productive as they were enjoyable. We hope to serve Parker Law Group again soon.
